Hiya Harry, Having the recipe would be great. Can you tell me whether flat bread and naan need a rising agent e.g. yeast or baking powder. If you put the recipe in your blog I would know for sure, and then having a look in the pantry and seeing I had all the necessary ingredients you would have motivated to try to make some at home.
